This weekend is not only the Third Sunday of Easter, it is also Confirmation Sunday. We will be Confirming five students during our second service. The readings for this day are very appropriate as we talk about the promise of the forgiveness of sins in Christ. That’s the promise that our life revolves around.

It’s good to prepare our hearts for worship not so we can be more saved or something, but so we can join together ready to receive God’s good gifts and to hear his Word.
