Many of us would like to continue to support Officer Hopkins’ family, and there are many ways within Waterloo to do that. Many businesses have collection jars and several are offering special “dine & donate” days. Most importantly, we can continue to keep his wife, children, family, friends, and his police officer brothers in our daily prayers.
If you are looking for a more specific way to support, the Waterloo Police Department directed us to the ISP website for memorial donations. 100% of your tax deductible donation will go toward building the ISP Memorial Park to honor and remember the sacrifice of those lost in the line of duty.
